You may have heard about the term ‘dofollow’ quite often. Many of my blog readers are beginners, so they may not be aware of dofollow term. So, Let’s see in very short.
‘Nofollow’ is a tag which tells the search engines not to crawl or follow or notice a link on particular page/post. Dofollow is opposite of nofollow. That means all the links which have no ‘nofollow’ tag are dofollow and therefore search engines are readily notice and follow that links. This dofollow attribute helps blogs to boost their pagerank and search engine rankings. That is why having links from dofollow blogs are known as “link juice”.
